Ok FINALLY……..we have the plans for mom’s service.
It will be held Saturday Oct 25 at Wolfe Funeral Home, Potomac Illinois, 1-3 PM with burial afterwards at Johnson cemetery (off Newell Road SW of Danville). More of a meet and greet kinda thing than a funeral service, with Shane saying a few words at the end and Judy’s son, Dustin, playing some of mom’s favorite songs on guitar.
Hope to see you there! Please say hi and introduce yourself because chances are I might not recognize you because I’m OLD!!! lol

Will see you there God willing. A very nice article in the commercial news today. Lowell made a remark the picture is how he remembers her most. She was special to both of us and we always let her know. She’ll be missed. Have a good trip to Illinois.

I, too, read the article in the C-News, via Internet. Was that her Senior Class picture? She was one of a kind, and, her passing will leave a void in many lives.

We just returned from Il for my grandmothers funeral…sorry we missed you by a week. We will be with all of you in spirit and prayer. Give our best and hugs to all the family as we have so many good memories of being neighbors! I’m so glad I got to talk to Mary before she passed. Blessings with you.

if there is anything we can help with please feel free to give us a call. You have been in our thoughts and prayers from the start. You have been a wonderful caregiver to your mother. She was a wonderful person and will missed by our family. I will always have wonderful memories of when the boys were born.
