Last Saturday Jack and I went to a craft show at the Senior Center on Hancock.
My friend from knitting, Charlys, had a booth and I wanted to go see her stuff. She has Parkinson’s Disease and knitting helps keep her tremors down. She brings her work in for show and tell and I decided a long time ago if she sold some AND IF I could AFFORD it, I would BUY SOMETHING! She had the purse I lusted after for sale for $25 so it is now mine….I have a shawl that matches it weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!
I saw some of my other knitting friends too…in order of appearance…Cindy, Sandy and Miss Betty
I got my picture drawn too….

Looks like some good times!! I can’t knit. I’ve tried, I’m just not coordinated enough and can’t seem to keep my count right
I LOVE to crochet though! Sending you my addy now! I feel like a kid at Christmas hehe.

Hey Girl……I’m green with envy over your new purse. Man, that show must have been lots of fun. I do so enjoy crafty shows.

Cool beans. Where’s a picture of the shawl for us? I’m sure we’ll see you sporting the lovely pair soon enough. BTW, loving the new camera. =D
And I’m still trying to come up with a coincidence. Does this one count? I was gonna tell Michele this morning that she needs to write a new iReport to boost her traffic to Twixal.com. And I see that she went and did it while I was taking a nap. Yeah… that prolly doesn’t count.

I thought of two more coincidences last night as I was about to fall asleep but HAHAHAHAHA I couldn’t remember what they were when I woke up. DUH!

I love the purse!! Did I tell you I found a shop about 40 miles from here?!?!? I’m excited as I can get there. (I’ve lived here 12 yrs before I found a shop within my convenient distanc. Always depended on Walmart and Michaels.)

You MUST Take some pics of your LYS (Local Yarn Store for you non knitters)…And there’s nothing wrong with buying at WalMart or Michaels if that’s all you have.
